ABOUT ME

Hey! I’m Janey Lewis.

 

     I am a collector of stories. Everything and everyone has a story, whether that’s the bracelet on my arm, the plant on my windowsill, or the person standing next to me. We are constantly surrounded by stories that need to be told and beauty that should be admired. Drawing and watercolor are my favorite ways to create this opportunity. 

     

     I believe God has lavished so many everyday blessings into my life and what better way to thank him then to use one of the gifts he has given me to thank him for the others? 

     

     I want my artwork to bring a little more joy into my viewers’ everyday lives. I don’t plan to change the world, I just want to make someone’s day a little brighter than before. 

 

     When I have some free time, I love to spend time with friends or bake.
